30-day returns
You can return any unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Before you send anything back
Email info@toughtrucks.nz or call 021 541 306 so we can confirm the return and give you the correct return address — this avoids delays.
What's covered
- Wrong part ordered or doesn't fit your vehicle — full refund or exchange, your choice
- Item arrived damaged or faulty — full refund or replacement, your call
- Changed your mind — accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging
What's not covered
- Installed or used items (we can't resell a fitted nudge bar)
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper installation
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Warranty
All products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our premium stainless steel snorkels carry a lifetime warranty. If a product develops a fault, contact us with your order number and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
