Returns and Refunds

We want you to be confident buying from us. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work.

30-DAY RETURNS
You can return any unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. There is no restocking fee.

BEFORE YOU SEND ANYTHING BACK
Email info@toughtrucks.nz or call 021 541 306 so we can confirm the return and give you the correct return address. This avoids delays.

WHAT IS COVERED
Wrong part ordered, or it does not fit your vehicle: full refund or exchange, your choice.
Item arrived damaged or faulty: full refund or replacement, your call.
Changed your mind: accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Installed or used items. We cannot resell a fitted nudge bar.
Items damaged after delivery through improper installation.

REFUND TIMING
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

WARRANTY
All products carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our premium stainless steel snorkels carry a lifetime warranty. If a product develops a fault, contact us with your order number and we will sort a replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
