How long does installation take?

Installation time varies by product. Most bolt-on accessories such as bonnet guards, window visors, and running boards can be fitted in 30 to 60 minutes with basic hand tools. Snorkels typically take 2 to 4 hours and require cutting and drilling. All products include installation instructions, and our own team can fit any product for you at our Auckland workshop.

Does this product come with a warranty?

Yes. All Tough Trucks products come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Our premium stainless steel snorkels carry a lifetime warranty. If you experience any issues, contact us at info@toughtrucks.nz.

Where does Tough Trucks ship to?

We ship right across New Zealand from our Auckland warehouse, to both the North Island and the South Island including rural addresses. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Order pickup is also available from our Avondale store.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us at info@toughtrucks.nz before returning any item so we can confirm the return and give you the correct return address.

INSTALLATION

KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY.

Installing this snorkel requires cutting into the vehicle’s fender and drilling into the A-pillar for the mounting bracket. The kit includes the template, instructions and fitting hardware needed for installation.

FENDER CUTTING REQUIRED

A section of the fender must be cut to allow the snorkel and connecting pipework to pass through correctly.

A-PILLAR DRILLING REQUIRED

Drilling into the A-pillar is required to secure the snorkel’s A-pillar mounting bracket.

TEMPLATE SUPPLIED

A vehicle-specific template is included to help correctly position the snorkel during installation.

PRO INSTALL RECOMMENDED

If you're not confident cutting bodywork, drilling the A-pillar or completing the intake connection, use an experienced installer.

IMPORTANT, MEASURE TWICE. CUT ONCE.Correct positioning and sealing matter. Take your time with the supplied template and fitment process, and make sure the intake system is properly connected and sealed after installation. DIY or professional fitment . The choice is yours, just make sure the job is done properly.
