Bonnet Protector THICK, Compatible with Toyota Hilux 2021-2025

This is made for the Toyota Hilux specifically, not a universal part trimmed to suit. It is listed to fit 2021–2025.

Model runs change part way through a year, so if your vehicle sits near the edge of that range, send us your rego or VIN and we will confirm the fitment before you order rather than after.

No. It clips onto the factory bonnet edge using the existing mounting points, so there is no drilling and no modification to your paint. Most people have it on in 15 to 20 minutes with basic hand tools.

If you would rather not do it yourself, our own team fits these in-house at our Avondale workshop. Call 021 541 306 to book a time.

A heavier gauge of material. If you spend real time on gravel, farm tracks or rural highways, the thicker guard takes repeated stone strikes better and holds its finish longer before it starts looking tired.

For mostly sealed-road driving the standard guard does the job and saves you the difference.

Orders placed on a business day are usually picked and dispatched the same or the next business day from our own Auckland warehouse, and you get tracking by email as soon as it leaves us.

From the day it ships, North Island urban addresses are generally overnight and South Island urban is 2 to 3 business days. Rural addresses take a little longer. You can also choose pickup at checkout and collect from our Avondale store once we email to say it is ready.

You can return any unused, uninstalled item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, and there is no restocking fee. Ordering the wrong part, or finding it does not suit your vehicle, is covered.

Email info@toughtrucks.nz or call 021 541 306 before you send anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the correct address. Once it is back with us and checked, refunds go through within 5 business days.
